Real Estate in the Crested Butte area has had steady appreciation over the last several years. Prices for a single-family home in the Town of Crested Butte range from $249,000 for a one bedroom to $1,400,000 for a large home on Coal Creek with fabulous views.

Pitchfork, a new neighborhood by Coburn Development, across from Mt. Crested Butte Ski Resort continues with the completion of the first phase this summer. This neighborhood has been very popular with only a few properties remaining for sale in the first phase. The second and final phase is scheduled to begin in late summer 2002.
